Yes. I took the idiom quite literately . Originally this was going to be quick value painting portrait of a woman.  Because I’ve been painting mostly in greyscale and monotone, I guess I went a bit…crazy with the colors. At first I was just going to test showing flames come out of her eyes and then pretty soon it blended with her wavy hair, it was a interesting experiment trying to blend flames with hair.
