Painting of Rayquaza, the ‘Sky High’ Pokemon and poster ‘boy’ for the 3rd gen games. I spent a good 10 minutes drawing thumbnails, tiring to think of an interesting pose to put it in, I resorted to making it snake-like. One of my favorite designs in the game. Next week I will be taking a small break from painting Pokemon to draw some human video game heroes. If you know of a cool character designs that you think I should study, drop me a line.

Daily Paint 12 – Charizard!!
Charmander’s final evolution or ‘adult’ form. I gave him a more ‘dragon’ look. My favorite Pokemon next to Rayquaza. I am actually pleased with today’s daily. Took one hour to paint. Fun random pointless fact: Did you know that despite looking like a dragon, Charizard is not considered a dragon type ,However his temporary mega evolution is considered a dragon type. Nintendo logic.
Daily Paint 11 – Charmeleon
I struggled with today’s painting. I just couldn’t get it the way that I wanted it. I made him a bit too monstrous. This is charmeleon, charmander’s 2nd evolution, or as I call it, his dorky angry teenage years. I bet you can’t guess what I will paint tomorrow 🙂 then Rayquaza on Friday and Samus Aran on Sat/Sun
Daily Paint 10 – Charmander
Daily Paint 9 – Cerberus
Daily Paint 8 – Experimental Dragon Painting on an Android Tablet
Daily Paint 7 – Rayquaza Guy
Based on a inside joke I have with a few buddys on a forum. Its supposed to be me as a rayquaza. Like I said it doesn’t make sense but it would take too long to explain the joke. Even the title itself is a joke.I will draw a real rayquaza sometime next week. I sketched and somewhat painted this on my android tablet using Sketchbook Pro.
