Landscape Painting 28
This one feels rushed. I think I was getting overwhelmed with my new job at this time.
Landscape 24
It’s an old painting but I thought I have some paintings that I want to show first before I start uploading my latest work.
Hexel Field (Env 21)
More landscape painting experiments.
Ruined Column (Env 16)
The composition for this study is similar to yesterday’s painting but with a cool pallet and focused on a old man made column that is surround by ruins. Ref from Wikimedia
Pointy Boulder (Env 15)
Today’s landscape study painting. I thought the rock looked rather cool. I did use some dry brush but mostly stuck with the stanard on for detail. I dont know if that was a good move or not. Ref from Wikimedia
Snowy mountains (Env 10)
I am very happy how this painting turned out. I’ve never painted cracked ice before. I can see the value of painting environments everyday.
References use for the study from Wikimedia Commons
Island in Lake (Env 6)
A rockly like island on the side of a lake. This was another practice that I used only one brush for the painting. It’s rather difficult.
When painting this I used Wikimedia Commons for reference
Forest (Env 3)
The first environment where I feel that have gotten back into gear. For this study I decided to use only a smooth charcoal brush and not use any foliage or texture brushes.
