A quick dragon sketch, I am really only happy with the mouth and the neck. Don’t ask me why it’s purple, it seemed like a good idea at the time..
Also I apologize for not posting for a few days and then bombarding you with art, there is too much going in my life at the moment to post on a daily basis. I try to limit at three a day so I do not annoy anyone.
I needed to try a different outlet for my creativity tonight, so I sculpted this humanoid dragon dude rather quickly. I used Sculptris. I sculpted him in about 2 hours. I find it surprising that painting all the time has also improved my sculpting as well. The last time I made model in Sculptris a year ago, it was terrible. This is a step in the right direction. I going to make some more 3d monster sketches in the future. Software used: Sculptris. Time spent 2 hours. No UVs or textures.
I’m out of town again. I have another massive headache. Strangely enough that didn’t stop me from drawing. I was having extreme artist’s block on what to draw so I sketched this dragon on my ipad. Lately I haven’t been painting on the computer but instead I’ve been sketching allot on paper. I have some animal figurines that I’ve been practicing on while watching movies on Netflix. I just haven’t been motivated to finish any paintings. I will try to motivate myself to draw a landscape tomarrow.
I used the app called procreate on my iPad to sketch this dragon.
The dragon won. Painted entirely on my ipad using Procreate. I did alot of color blending technique with this one.
