Env 18
I spend ten minutes on this and then fell asleep in my chair. Bummer.
Odd rock formation (Env 12)
An odd rock formation I painted on my iPad using Procreate. I love the charcoal brushes
Lighthouse (Env 11)
Painted this on my iPad using Procreate. I’m not too happy with this one.
Island in Lake (Env 6)
A rockly like island on the side of a lake. This was another practice that I used only one brush for the painting. It’s rather difficult.
When painting this I used Wikimedia Commons for reference
Project Night : Props and Dressing Concepts for Ruins and Mines
Now that I’ve finished modeling the walls, it’s time to make the floors and ceilings + the props to dress the scene. I will be uploading the walls in a couple hours.
Sea monster attacking two men in a small rowboat (Environment Painting 4)
Environment Speed Painting 4. I noticed I have to be in the correct ‘mode’ to paint these. I attempted and abandoned 3 paintings beforehand. When it comes to setting up a painting I was given this helpful advice : When blocking a painting, if the design is not pleasing and coming together after 10 minutes or so, start over. I had done a similar painting a while back with a giant squid sneaking up on a fishermen. It was fun to approach the idea with different characters and in a different way. The splatter and charcoal brushes are becoming my pals. This is definitely one painting I should finish.
